Buying a FSBO (For Sale By Owner) home can leave many
questions unanswered. Most buyers feel more comfortable
having a Licensed Real Estate Broker assist them in
completing the necessary documents to secure their purchase
and make sure all conditions of the sale are met. That's
where Paradise Real Estate can help. For just $375, Paradise
Real Estate will assist buyers in completing their
paperwork, and provide professional consultation throughout
the closing process. If questions arise or changes need to
be made, we are there to help you through the closing of
your sale.
BUYER BROKER AGENCY: For a 2% commission fee, Paradise Real
Estate will represent you, the Buyer, in purchasing any FSBO
home in the greater Walla Walla area (Washington only).
Paradise Real Estate will manage all negotiations, paperwork
and closing procedures. Buyer pays 2% commission, or the
commission fee can be negotiated with the seller (and
possibly added to sale price and included in sale amount).
Note: if the property is listed with any local REALTOR and
is in the MLS, commission is normally paid by seller.
