vary, depending on the involvement required. Consulting fees
are earned at the time of service, and contrast to the
standard Commission Based Service where the commission is

consulting to FSBO principals at $120 per hour. Broker
consulting service can help you answer many questions that
arise in the process of preparing and marketing your
property for sale. Buyers, too, can receive consultation
regarding the purchase of any property in the Walla Walla
area (Washington only). An hour of professional consultation
can help save thousands of dollars in mistakes and

· Commercial and Income Property by Quote
· Consulting Fee at $120 per hour
· Residential "For Sale by Owner" Purchase Agreement Flat Fee $325 (Non-Agency
Service)
· Traditional Seller's Listing Commission on sliding scale or flat fee
· Traditional Buyer's Service Commission on sliding scale or flat fee |
